These files contain RESTRICTED RECORDS. Any student file whose date of admittance (given after the student's name) to SRS is under 75 years is a restricted record. Permission to see a restricted file is granted only to the individual named, their assignee, by court order, or at the discretion of the archivist. The files without a date of admission usually indicates that the individual was not admitted to the school. If year of graduation is known then year admitted and year graduated is given after student's name).
