Box 2. 1990 Housing Conference

The Fair Housing Concerns Coalition, consisting of the ACLU, the Maryland Commission on Human Rights, the Maryland Low-Income Coalition, the Community Law Center, the NAACP, the Public Justice Center, and others, sponsored a two-day conference in May of 1990. Speakers included Parren Mitchell, Carl Snowden, Elijah Cummings, Otis Warren, Bert Booth, Yale Rabin (MIT), Gary Orfield ( University of Chicago.)
